My baby is taking similac alimentum formula which is hypoallergenic. her poop is more watery. it doesnt look like diarrhea but is that normal? does this formula cause that?

Monitor intake/temp: The hypoallergenic formula is not associated with this change usually. Watch for signs of infection, including a T of 100.4 or higher, poor feeding and vomiting. If there is blood or mucus in the stool, an infection is more likely.
