A member asked:

Without lesions would hpv cause pain in male genitalia area including penis and testicles?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not a cause: Presumed not a cause of pain in the testicles, penis, or elsewhere in the genitals. Therefore, a person with such symptoms can see his primary care doctor for an evaluation to see what non-HPV cause might be leading to the sensations of pain.
