Hi, i had unprotected oral sex with prostitute after 76 days i get tested for hiv.everything is okay should i need to continue the test?

HIV ?'s: Your negative HIV test is good news, but to be certain , another test in a month or so would be more certain. In all probability, your HIV test is correct, but the chance still exists for transmission.

Little or no risk: Oral to penile HIV transmission is exceedingly rare, if it occurs at all; there has never been a reported, scientifically documented case. And if you had standard HIV testing, i.e. an antigen-antibody ("4th generation", "duo") test, the result is conclusive. The current antibody-only tests ("3rd generation") are conclusive by 8 weeks. Old advice to wait 3 months is no longer necessary.
