I have abdominal pains and my discharge has a smell. after my periods the discharge is brown in color and a few days later is becomes white. when having sex i experience some pain in my abdomen and if i bump into something it's becomes painful.

Doctor can examine: A woman with vaginal discharge and pelvic pain (lower abdomen) should call her primary care doctor or Ob-Gyn doctor for an exam. Possible causes include infection, an obstruction, ovarian problem, cyst or tumor problem, pregnancy, etc... If she has no personal doctor and pain is more than mild, she can go to where she will be examined, such as an Emergency Room or Urgent Care clinic.
