Discharge: group B Strep is just a colonizing bacteria and the only time you need to worry about it is while giving birth. Back and abdominal pain plus brownish discharge for 6 days could be any of several infections or possibly just breakthrough bleeding. See your gynecologist for further evaluation and testing.
