Pelvic pain ?'s: Your symptoms need evaluation by a gyn physician. Painful sex, abdominal discomfort, severe menstrual cramps can all be secondary to pelvic infection, adhesions (scar tissue) resulting from infection, or endometriosis. Depending on the cause, you may do better taking low dose oral contraceptives.
