Im taking fluoxetine 20mg. i know low sex drive is one of the side effects. but ive also heard some people arent able to orgasm. will this last one definitely happen? is there a chance it wont? does it happen to everyone? whats the %?

Yes, this can be: a side effect, both issues, desire and orgasm. Approximately 30% chance, sometimes changing medication is needed, if this occurs. Be sure to discuss options with your doctor, if so, wellbutrin might be an option.
