A virgin is...: Defined as a penis hasn't found its way into a vagina yet. That's the only rule, which means all other parts of the body are fair game. As they say, "You can't get something from nothing." If partners don't have high risk HPV, then one cannot catch it, because it's not there to be caught. That means everybody up to age 26, and maybe beyond that, should get the vaccine to prevent bad HPV strains.
