I am on accutane, its my second month i also suffered inflammed labia majora a month and a half ago. and lately i am experiencing pronychia .

Side effect: The medication is associated with making skin crack and thin. There is higher association of paronychia while taking the medication. Perhaps regular use of a skin cream would help. Aloe is another topical agent that may help lessen risk for infection.
