Pregnancy ?'s: The circumstances described, if accurate, present little or no chance of pregnancy. If intercourse included penile insertion prior condom use, and some semen was released but not a "full ejaculation", pregnancy chances are enhanced.

Technically yes: Yes, it is possible because of pre-ejaculate (pre-cum). That does have sperm in it. If she is worried, she should do a pregnancy test.
