7/8: If you take Plan B as directed, it can significantly lower the chance that you will get pregnant. About 7 out of every 8 women who could have gotten pregnant will not become pregnant after taking Plan B when taken within 72 hours of unprotected sex. Plan B One-Step is meant for emergency protection only, and should not be used frequently. I wish you well with your health!
