Emesis: That is likely some degree of blood in your emesis. That can happen and not be a significant issue. However, if you continue to do this or if bleeding becomes more pronounced (more than little reddish brown balls_ get checked. Sources of bleeding include your esophagus, gastric or duodenal part of stomach. Sometimes you can get fooled and it can be blood from back of nose.
