Male fertility?: A urologist referral by your primary care physician can easily evaluate a semen sample for both count and viability. If your fiance' has regular menses, ask her to discuss having a hysterosalpingogram (HSG) to make sure her tubes are open (the most common cause of infertility). Male infertility is not as common as those conditions which can influence female fertility.
