What you are: descibing is not actually concerning as penis during erection is engorged with blood causing distention of all blood vessels. This includes the superficial ones, and a change in color of the glans penis temporarily. Is this a change from prior erections? Is there pain associated? After sexual activity does the penis resume it's normal appearance to you? Not enough information has been given.
