Yes: Pregnancy is possible. After ejaculation, the condom ring must be compressed against the penis prior to withdrawal to prevent this type of "accident" from occurring with semen spillage. A woman should always use another means of contraception even with condom use as condoms alone have a significant failure rate without a 'back up method".
