I am experiencing glans. gland seems redness always if i apply some oil then will be okay. two years before i got balanites and used antifungal cream?

Balanitis: Treatment depends to the cause. If allergic , low dose hydrocortisone cream would be fine. If fungal or bacterial cause then it need to be treated with the apporpriate antibiotic. See your doctor.

Balanitis: If you're not circumcised the redness could be due to irritation or nonspecific inflammation. Yeast infections are another possibility and they can be transmitted back and forth between sexual partners. See a urologist for evaluation and advice.
