A 20-year-old male asked:

Can frequent ejaculation cause a zinc deficiency or increase hair loss by reducing zinc levels in the body?

Zinc deficency: is not caused by ejaculation. IF you have been tested and lab values indicate low zinc as your doc about supplementing. Zinc deficiency can cause hair, skin, and other symptoms. Here's a link but please don't self-diagnose. https://ods.od.nih.gov/factsheets/Zinc-HealthProfessional/ Peace and good health.
