The only sure way is to not squirt any semen anywhere near said girlfriend. Fertile women can be very fertile, and any semen squirted in the neighborhood of a fertile woman can lead to a surprise baby. If ready, can first get married and settle down.

Your choices: If she wants kids & you don't now or ever, you have a problem. You either use condoms applied before any intercourse or get her to agree to have an IUD put in or use the pill. There is no male pill at present, but you could get a vasectomy if you really never want kids. If none of these will do for you find another GF. If your having sex without protection chances are she will get pregnant.
