Nothing 100%: Keep in mind that there is nothing that has a 100% of not having a baby (condom, pills, gels, etc). I think vasectomy is probably the only 100% option, and from what i understand there is a reversible vasectomy-like procedure that is available. As for your "without the possibility of baby" there is nothing out there that has no possibility.
