Unlikely: The transmission of any strain of HPV seems to require direct contact, skin surface to skin surface along with an abrasive movement during transfer. That said, studies among college age women show as many as 70% show blood evidence of prior HPV infection. Many don't know when/how they were exposed since the primary infection can produce unseen findings.
