Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you and your symptoms warrant an in-person evaluation. If you are sexually active it could be due to herpes and you should get tested for other sexually transmitted infections. It would be prudent to see your gynecologist. Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex, if you have sex. Get HPV vaccine, if you are under 27 years of age.

Can low c3c be caused by severe vulval spongiosis?

Have not heard that: A common inflammatory disorder of the vulva is eczematous dermatitis, which means the presence of intercellular edema (called “spongiosis”) in the top layer of skin, with some inflammation (itching, redness, irritation). Spongiosis means that extra fluid can be seen around the skin cells, under a microscope. An allergist, immunologist, or rheumatologist can help figure out why C3 is low.
