I took a shower and i notice a rash my vagina area. i believe it's from scrubbing too hard when cleaning. didn't have before. what can i use or remedy?

Less is more!: Think of your vagina as a self-cleaning oven - it really doesn't need to be cleaned or scrubbed! With the vagina & vulva (the outside parts), less is usually more. That means you shouldn't scrub it, shouldn't douche, and definitely don't clean inside the vagina. It sounds like it is irritated. You could put some benadryl lotion on it, but the best thing would be to leave it alone.
