Vaginal infection: This probably is an infection of some sort. Some of your symptoms (itching, dryness, "irritation") suggest a yeast infection. Others, especially strong odor, suggest other possibilities, especially bacterial vaginosis, trichomonas, and STDs like gonorrhea or chlamydia. Don't try to figure it out online or on this or any other forum: you need to see a doctor for examination and testing. Good luck!
