Sperm count: If the active sperm number is more than 8-10 million, fertility is possible, perhaps with artificial insemination with washed sperm directly into the uterine cavity. If the active sperm number over 20 million, normal conception is possible. See a urologist for medication treatment.

After having unprotected sex with my girlfriend a few months ago she went to a doctor with some stomach cramps and vaginal bleeding. My sperm count is too low to make babies and I have no std symptoms. Was there something I may have caused?
