One of my friend told me he use to mastrubat ever day but yesterday after ejaculation he found his urine is pink it'sbeen 2days but still pink urine?

Pink generally means: there is some blood tinge in the urine. He needs to get himself checked out for urinary tract infection and/or STD/ infection. Sometimes you can get some bleeding in the urethra from overuse/ trauma but it is likely not the case here. Have him go to Urgent Care or healthcare provider for proper exam and treatment.
