Need sperm for baby: If no sperm, then no baby. That is the judgement one has to make... and if one thinks there were sperm, then pregnancy is possible. That said, a woman with very regular periods doesn't have a fertile egg during the 10 days just before her period starts. However, life can surprise you sometimes... meaning a couple having sex should always be ready for that surprise baby, marriage, family life...
