Hard to say: One of the ways a pill works is by keeping hormones in the body that stop egg release. Forget a few pills & the egg may release & be exposed to sperm=pregnancy. Taking a bunch of pills after release doesn't change this. Plan B works best when taken within 72 hrs. Risk is likely low but possible.
