Flagyl not works: Flagyl not help to treat Chlamidiae. You need either azithromycin or doxycycline. You should feel symptomatic improvement in 2 to 3 days. Better not to retest for the infection within three weeks after treatment as it can give false positive results with dead bacteria. May retest in 3months.
