Rash under breasts: With "skin on skin" and no ventilation, bacteria can reproduce and this causes irritation and rashes both under and in between breasts. The compression of both breasts with support garments makes the same rash occur between breasts. It is usually harmless, and will usually respond to over the counter hydrocortisone if applied at night.
