No!: Marvelon is used to prevent pregnancy. This drug does not prevent HIV infection or other sexually transmitted diseases. Also Marvelon does not work as emergency contraception such as after you have unprotected sex. I suggest you go to a clinic for a full exam which would include a pregnancy test. You can discuss your options with the physician there after your exam. I wish you well!
