You're okay: HIV doesn't seem to be transmitted by this route. Saliva doesn't deliver it effectively, and a mere abrasion is unlikely to allow the virus into your bloodstream anyway. If you're going to get all worried like this over too-small-to-estimate risks, life'll be too hard. Use a condom next time -- you are risking gonorrhea from this.
