Urethritis?: Discharge from the penis usually means an STD, i.e. gonorrhea, chlamydia, or nongonococcal urethritis, but t's unusual for these to cause symptoms only once or twice, then stop. A non-STD problem like prostatitis also is possible especially in older men. Play it safe and see a doctor for exam and testing, especially if you may be at risk for STD (new partner, more than one partner, etc).
