Severe oligospermia: The test indicate you are not infertile, however, you have severe low sperm count. You can see any urologist to ensure you do not have a treatable condition. If your significant other evaluation is normal and unable to conceive, a trial of insemination with processed sperm is an option. Please not that assisted reproduction is an option if the insemination fail. Good luck.
