Possible bladder: infection. Bottom line - is that this merits medical assessment. Need full history, physical examination and at minimum - urinalysis. Although there may be a number of other tests that may also be prudent.

Bladder infections: are defintiely associated with sexual intercourse in women due to friction and irritation in the pelvic region, and not necessarily related to germ exposure. It is helpful to urinate after sex and drink more fluids. Bladder infections usually cause an urge to void and burning with passing urine. An STI can cause some of the same symptoms. An exam and urine test will help diagnose.
