Zero chance, but...: Life can be full of surprises, which means that any fertile couple having sex should be ready for whatever cute little surprise baby life brings. That said, the PROPER use of condoms, without accidents like the condom slipping off inside the vagina, should give a zero percent chance of pregnancy (mathematically rounded off, of course). No sperm in the vagina = no natural pregnancy.

Condom efficacy: Condoms are 98% effective when used correctly every time. Nothing is absolutely 100%. Because use is often not perfrect - efficacy is acutally about 85% in general.
