Depends: If your partner puts on a condom at the very beginning, withdraws his penis while still erect at the end of the intercourse and the condom remains intact, there is virtually no risk of pregnancy. You can improve the protection by using a spermicidal jelly. You may also get an IUD or take oral contraceptive pills.
