Yes: My understanding is that the pre-ejaculate may contain sperm and that woman can become pregnant. I suggest you purchase a pregnancy test, make an appointment with a clinician to discuss prenatal planning vs birth control options, and start taking prenatal vitamins which contain folic acid.
