Morning after pill: Morning after pill taken within 72 hours after intercourse is effective in reducing chance of pregnancy by 95%. In this case, the pill was taken 30 hours after intercourse and pregnancy test at time of expected menses was negative. In view of no menses and sore breast, will recommend the following: 1. Please get a serum pregnancy test and if negative, you are not pregnant.
