See a doctor: You need to get tested for an infection if you are sexually active. If the pain is really severe and lasts more than 10-15 min you should see a doctor immediately as this could be a torsion which is a surgical emergency. Otherwise try some ibuprofen and if it is getting better it is ok to wait and see.
