Why my testicular veins swells and hurts when touched while and after urination? what is the cause?

Possible reflux: Urine refluxing into ejaculatory or prostatic ducts could account for these symptoms. Could be evaluated by means of a voiding cysto-urethrogram. X-ray study in which bladder is filled with contrast dye, via a catheter & you then urinate whilst the radiologist monitors you fluoroscopically (on a tv type screen).
