YES: Never have anal to vaginal sex! that is a sure way to cause a vaginal infection, especially if you gave birth only three weeks ago. You are at high risk for an infection spreading to your uterus. Please get to a doctor asap and be treated. If you want to have anal sex, always use a condomn to prevent infecting a male, who can then infect you.
