Probably not HIV: What do you mean "immediately"? HIV cannot start to cause any symptoms sooner than about a week after catching it. Weight loss (even "in every part of the body") is rarely if ever the only symptom of HIV. Anyway, since the exposure was several months ago, presumably you have had an HIV blood test. If negative more than a few weeks after exposure, it is conclusive and proves you don't have HIV.
