Normal. : If you had your period at the normal time and it was just lighter than normal then that is ok. It sounds like you are really asking if you could be pregnant. That is not likely since you had sex using condoms and birth control but you could always take a test to reassure yourself.

Do you mean plan B? : If you used a birth control pill after the fact in it's usually recommended doses then it will have no protective effect. The condom has a high level of protection. That you had sex in mid cycle puts you at higher risk for pregnancy. To be sure, check a home pregnancy test in another week.
