Im taking rigevidon if i wanted to skip a period would i take the next pack for 21 days or have a pill free week when convenient, thanks?

Yes: Either approach is fine as long as you've been on the pill continuously for at least 21 days. It is probably simpler just to go ahead and take the next pack for 21 days and keep things less complicated. However, be aware of that irregular bleeding and spotting is more common when you do this.
