I have been having pregnancy symptoms i currently have an iud. today i went to the bathroom and there was a clot not bloody hard to describe no blood.

Without knowing what: type of IUD you have, whether you have menstrual periods or not or what you mean by "pregnancy symptoms," I can't give you much useful info. Pregnancy can occur with an IUD but the IUD causes complications. If a pregnancy test is positive, see a gyno ASAP. If it's negative, get care if you have heavy bleeding or cramping, fever or other symptoms. Dr. Anne
