Pregnant or not : You likely need to see an Obgyn for a complete vaginal exam and blood work which can definitely tell you if you are pregnant. Also, the Obgyn can help you with any other questions you may have about your period and what is normal for your body and what can indicate a possible pregnancy.

Ectopic pregnancy: This presentation could be one of a tubal pregnancy. In order to completely rule out pregnancy, you need to have quantitative beta HCG measurements to make sure that you are not pregnant, or have miscarried. You could also have endometriosis or other uterine disease that is causing pregnancy symptoms. You may need an ultrasound to rule out ectopic pregnancy if your HCG levels are low.
