No: It was once thought that pre-ejaculate fluid--clear, colorless, viscous fluid emitted from the urethra of the penis--contained the same number of sperm as ejaculate. Studies now suggest low or no sperm in the pre-ejaculate. It is believed to function as a lubricant and acid neutralizer. If tiny number of sperm in pre-ejaculate, not affected by urine. Stay well:)
