Hard to say: HIV is transferred through blood contact by a contageous person to a recipient. The rough nature of anal sex does increase the risk it can transfer this way, since even minor abrasions can bleed/expose one to blood. If there was no blood/no rough contact, the male was HIV negative or well controlled on meds, the risk would be low.
