If i used monastat cream before i got treated for a std and used it after i was treated could i have reinfected my self?

Doubt it: That cream has nothing in it that would treat or feed the germs of a STD.If you are worried that STD germs can live in the tube, I would stop worrying.They are to unstable to do so.
