Hormone effect: By taking the plan b (I assume you took it within 72 hours), you changed your body's natural hormone rhythm. It is not uncommon to have irregular menses for several months after taking plan b. With both plan b and having sex at a time when you were not likely to be fertile, it is unlikely that you are pregnant.
